Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Shipping Policy
State and local laws change frequently and you as the customer are responsible for knowing your laws, not Mead Industries. Please contact your local law enforcement agency or attorney’s office if you have any questions or doubts as to whether you’re allowed to purchase ammunition.
Shipping Time — Most orders will ship within seven business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Because of the high demand for ammunition from time-to-time, shipping times can significantly fluctuate. Please read the listing for accurate product shipping times.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any and all transactions.
Should the transaction be cancelled because of any improper action on the part of the buyer, Mead Industries Inc. will refund 95% of the charge.
Out-Of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within seven business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered has a very high demand and shipping will be as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as best we can. There are no returns and you may not cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Taxes
Our online store will automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Nebraska, where Mead Industries Inc. holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply will be charged.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mead Industries Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Mead Industries Inc. shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mead Industries Inc. will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Though ammunition does not require ID to purchase in most places, we intend for the purchaser to also be the receiver of the products. If there is a purchase where the buyer is having munitions shipped to another location, an explanation will be required.
